1. Service Bookings & Confirmations
A booking is considered confirmed once the service request has been accepted and scheduled by our team. Once confirmed, resources are allocated immediately to ensure prompt delivery.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Bookings cancelled before a courier has been dispatched may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative and processing fees.
- After Dispatch: Once a courier has been dispatched, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, as the service has already commenced.
- On-Route or Attempted Collection: If the courier is already en route or has attempted collection, the full service fee becomes non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- A confirmed cancellation was made before dispatch (partial refund only).
- The service could not be completed due to an error on our part.
- Any overpayment or duplicate payment identified in our billing system.
Non-refundable situations include:
- Customer unavailability at the collection or delivery address.
- Failure to provide correct contact or address information.
- Cancellations made after dispatch or on-route.
- Delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, traffic, restrictions, etc.).
4. Amendments & Rebooking
Changes to a booking (address changes, time changes, item changes) may incur additional charges depending on distance, urgency, or courier availability.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply. No refund will be issued for completed collection attempts.
6. Special Services
Services such as international transport, direct-drive deliveries, hand-carry services, high-value courier handling, and urgent time-critical deliveries are non-refundable once scheduled.
7. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
